The term is 72 months with 5% down, at $14.99 per $1,000 financed. Model Y Performance is 3.99%, unchanged. This is the fourth base Model Y APR increase since August 1: 0%, then 0.99% on August 1, 1.49% on September 3, 1.99% on September 28, and 2.49% on October 22. TeslaNorth reported that on a $45,000 loan that step is about $10 more a month, roughly $750 over six years.

On the October 21 call, the CFO said Tesla "adjusted the vehicle financing programs to partially offset" rising costs. Tesla said over 75% of North America deliveries in Q3 included a paid FSD subscription, paid FSD customers reached 1.74 million globally, and the order backlog was the highest in about four years, with deliveries production-constrained.
